- Own end-to-end L3/L4 support for complex enterprise escalations across ChromeOS, Chrome Browser, CUPS printing, and Cameyo — driving root-cause resolution and minimizing customer impact.
- Deliver deep diagnostics with HAR analysis, net-export logs, packet captures (Wireshark/tcpdump), and protocol analysis (HTTP/HTTPS, QUIC, DNS, DHCP, SSH, WiFi).
- Lead cross-functional engagements with Google engineering, product, and partners to triage bugs and ship solutions.
- Mentor engineers, build Google Partner training, and strengthen ITIL incident/problem/change processes.
- Develop Bash/Python automation and apply AI tooling (Gemini, Anthropic Claude, AI Agents) to accelerate investigation.
